Evaluation of Tuberculosis Surveillance System in North Sumatra Provincial Health Office 2022

Tuberculosis Global Report 2021 TB was being the major death caused by one infection agent. Result of health problem analysis in North Sumatra Provincial Health Office, choosen as first priority with main determinant low treatment coverage TB. The purpose this study is to know implementation surveillance system based on approach and evaluate attribute Office 2022. type research descriptive evaluation design. Subject has been implemented Deli Serdang District officer Office. Data collected interview using questionarre supported document study. Evaluation doing attribute. data interpreted narration table. Results component obtained that appropriate guidelines control Ministry Health. Based evaluation, from 9 attributes Distrcit got 5 good results means program simple, acceptable, quality, sensitive, stable but not flexible, predictive value positive, timeliness, representative. results, a input, process, output. surveillance, its still need some improvements terms increasing positive screening people before TCM examination cases person place time so would be representative describe real condition
